If I kill the process, everything seems ok, but then suddenly another process is using 100% cpu usage. Usually this is explorer.exe but sometimes I have to kill a couple processes for the 100% to jump to explorer.exe. If I kill explorer.exe and try to run it again, it still uses 100% cpu usage.

Ever since i installed SP1 i have intermittent problems with explorer.exe using 100% CPU and slowing my system to a crawl.
