When anyone logs on, either upon bootup or switching users, the machine is essentially unavailable for approximately one minute. page will not load and send explorer.exe to about 95% CPU usage. I am using TaskInfo 2000 to monitor what is happening. One thread is doing this but I can't fathom out what as it won't give me any more information ( at least not that I can see ). Even when I close IE ( 5.5 ) explorer.exe still sits at about 90%
