High explorer.exe CPU Usage At Logon
I've gone through the steps from Symanetc on manual removal of Code Red (checking for all the files, looking in the Registry, checking for dual explorer.exe, etc) and we are positive that we are no longer infected. However, IIS is constantly pegging out at 100% of CPU. This has never happened before.

When I check Processes, explorer.exe is running at 99% CPU usage. Stopping and then restarting explorer solves the problem every time, although this is not my idea of a solution.
